Some services do require that we charge a reservation management fee for our experience, knowledge, time and resources.

Leisure and Vacation Travel
- SUN & SAND PACKAGES: $40 per person – capped at $80 for families with children under 18 years of age traveling in the same room. If airfare is included in the package pricing, there is no additional airline reservation fee. If airfare would be issued separately from the packaged vacation, there will be an additional $40 reservation fee per airline ticket.
- ESCORTED GROUP MOTOR COACH PACKAGES: $40 per person – capped at $80 for families with children under 18 years of age traveling in the same room. If airfare is included in the package pricing, there is no additional airline reservation fee. If airfare would be issued separately from the packaged vacation, there will be an additional $40 reservation fee per airline ticket.
- CRUISES: $25 per person – capped at $50 for families with children under 18 years of age traveling in the same room. All airfare reservations for cruises will incur an additional $40 reservation fee per airline ticket.
- CUSTOM ITINERARY PACKAGES: $100 per package (not per person) for creation of a custom itinerary. All airfare reservations for custom itinerary packages will incur an additional $40 reservation fee per airline ticket.
Air, Car and Hotel Travel
- Unfortunately, at this time, Palmer Vacations does not issue stand-alone airline, car or hotel reservations. Those services must be in conjunction with a tour or cruise package reserved with Palmer Vacations.
Cancellations or Changes to Tour Packages, Cruises and Custom Tours
- $50.00 per person
Miscellaneous
- Overnight shipping for check payments: $50.00 plus cost of shipping
- NSF checks: $50 per NSF transaction
Management reserves the right to adjust the reservation management fees as necessary due to nature of the reservation request.
